Joe is a seasoned consultant and serial entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience with degrees in consumer psychology; systems theory, leadership, and change; anthropology; and is currently pursuing a degree in organizational psychology. His extensive and varied background in consulting, technology, marketing, and social sciences has provided him with an excellent track record of providing in-depth knowledge and understanding of site design and flow ascribing understanding and dimension to the needs of users.
Joe first developed the concept of Search Optimization in 1992 and has developed tools and techniques and trained hundreds in the art of SEO. Joe has led the development, managed the design and user experience, and/or provided the technical direction of websites, SaaS-based solutions, software, and hardware for consultancies (HCL, Data Dimensions, and The Registry) as well as diverse corporations such as (YouSendIt, Microsoft/MSN, Mary.com, Diet.com, FriendFinder.com, Healtheon/WebMD, Intel, Adobe, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, and Canon).
