Ms. Zhang is responsible for developing and executing projects in the Investment Banking Department. She has 8 years of experience in corporate restructuring and financing.
Before joining China Equity, Ms. Zhang was project manager of the Investment Banking Department of China Eagle Securities Co. Ltd., where she was involved in IPO, second offering, reorganization and restructuring for various listed companies. At East Asia CPV, Ms. Zhang was in charge of the auditing work of State-owned Enterprises and listed companies.
