Jesper has six years of experience in the venture capital industry. Prior to being a partner at Northcap, Jesper was managing director of the BankInvest Groups IT Venture activities. During his time in the venture capital industry Jesper has performed turn-arounds, internationalisation of portfolio companies, carried out fundraising for portfolio companies as well as headed negotiations and exit processes for a number of companies. Also Jesper has been at several boards focusing on building and development of the business as either board member or chairman of the board.
Before joining NorthCap Partners in 2007 and BankInvest Group in 2001, Jesper has held various positions with responsibilities for technology development as well as business development and sales, this in Arthur Andersen, DMR Consulting Group and Maersk Data.
Jesper holds and M.Sc in Engineering and a MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
