Jeremy Toeman is an expert in digital media and consumer technology. He has spent over 10 years designing, and marketing numerous award-winning consumer electronics products and Web services. Jeremy is currently partner at Stage Two Consulting, a strategic marketing and media relations firm he founded in 2006.
In addition to running Stage Two, Jeremy has conceived of and incubated several new Web ventures in 2009. In April Jeremy launched Legacy Locker, the safe and secure way to pass your logins to your family and loved ones. Legacy Locker was widely covered on CNN, NPR, the Wall Street Journal, and other prominent news outlets. Prior to founding Stage Two, Jeremy worked at Sling Media as the VP Product Management, where he was responsible for guiding development of the Slingbox from conception to launch, and took the lead role of building the companys social media stragey. The Slingbox won numerous awards including the coveted CES Best of Show (an award Jeremy’s been personally associated with on three separate occasions), and Sling Media was acquired by Echostar in 2007. Prior to Sling Media, Jeremy was a cofounder of Mediabolic, a convergence technology company that was acquired by Macrovision.
Today, in addition to consulting and advising companies, Jeremy blogs at LIVEdigitally, is a columnist for Engadget, and speaks at numerous industry events. He is a father of 2 awesome boys, a hobbyist gardener, a huge hockey fan, and a mediocre poker player.
