As co-founder and chief content officer for On Networks (ON), Jen Grogono is focused on defining and bringing to market new forms of original programming across multiple screens – computers, TVs, and a variety of mobile devices. Ms. Grogono helped ON establish relationships with hundreds of content creators and talent, launching more than 35 original digital series for the company. She also leads the company’s strategy and marketing to ensure ON programming is matched with relevant distributors and advertisers.
Over the past 15 years, Ms. Grogono has managed strategic marketing and integrated communications programs across a range of consumer, public service and technology organizations.
Previously, she was vice president of corporate marketing at Motive (now Alcatel), where she oversaw PR, investor communications, marketing and sales programs, pre- and post-IPO. Ms. Grogono has also held various related positions including vice president and co-GM at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom-owned worldwide marketing and communications firm, and director of marketing at venture-backed Kurion, a digital content and application syndication company now owned by Yellowbrix Inc.
Ms. Grogono is a cum laude graduate of Boston College, and currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and three children.
