Jeff Jordan joined OpenTable in May 2007 as its president and chief executive officer. In this role, he is responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategy of bringing more restaurants and diners to the OpenTable network. Jordan helped take the company public in May 2009.

Prior to OpenTable, Jordan spent seven years of his career at eBay Inc. in a variety of roles, including president of PayPal and general manager of eBay’s North American business unit. Before his role at PayPal, Jordan served as eBay’s senior vice president and general manager of eBay North America, helping to build eBay into the world’s leading ecommerce brand. From September 1998 to September 1999, Jordan served as chief financial officer of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, a video rental company, and president of its subsidiary,

Previously, Jordan served in various capacities at The Walt Disney Corporation for eight years, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Disney Store Worldwide. Before that, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group from 1987 to 1990.
