Jeff is responsible for the overall strategy and business with a focus on product development and strategic alliances. Jeff brings deep product and telecom experience from GetConnected, Inc. where he served as Senior Director of Broadband for three years. At GetConnected, Jeff architected the Broadband solution and forged relationships with all major US Broadband Suppliers, (including Verizon, SBC, BellSouth, Qwest, Sprint, DIRECWAY, and the 8 largest cable MSOs), as well as managed the integrations between the GCI Network and the Broadband Supplier Billing/Provisioning Systems. Jeff also worked with a consortium of the eight largest MSOs developing a unified retention strategy and operational solution.
