Jeff invests his energies to help disruptive companies continually take risks while expanding their comfort zone to change the world.
He is based in Silicon Valley with Comerica’s Technology & Life Sciences Division providing financial services to companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Jeff’s career has been comprised of experiences with a disruptive early stage technology start-up, trading financial futures and venture investing. Prior to Comerica, he provided venture debt to early and expansion stage companies seeking additional runway with minimal dilution. Preceding venture lending, Jeff spent over nine years as a Proprietary Derivatives Trader with focus on US Treasuries, German Government Debt, Gold, Silver and Crude Oil markets. Prior to trading, he was a founder and served as Vice President of Corporate & Product Development among other roles with Access Cash International, an independent ATM start-up venture that grew to 200 employees and 9,500 locations before being purchased by a publicly traded entity. Prior to embarking on a “real” career, Jeff played professional hockey and fortunately still has all of his teeth.
Jeff has an MBA and BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and resides in Menlo Park with his wife and two kids. Interests include golf, hockey and horse racing.
