Jean is founder and CEO of the Emerge group of companies. Emerge provides the platform, support and leadership for entrepreneurial and innovative people to build great businesses.
In 1997 Jean co-founded eye2eye Digital Distillers in Cape Town, South Africa. eye2eye was a pioneer in developing web content management systems for customers such as Anglo American, Johnson & Johnson and Metropolitan.
In 2005 Jean established the Emerge Group with the vision to help entrepreneurs build and create their own businesses. In the past few years we have launched EmergeIOS and EmergeQ.
Jean has always been passionate about small business and recently co-founded Emerge Studio which focuses on creating tools for small business and nomadic leaders. In the past 18 months this tech incubator has launched brands including CompassDocs.com and ithawt.com.
