Jean Cherbonnier, is CEO and co-founder of NAVX, a platform of location-based services.
He holds a Ph.D in Telecommunications from the Swiss Federal Institute (Lausanne), and an engineering degree from Telecom Paris.
Jean worked 4 years at the IBM Research Center in Yorktown (USA) and Ruschlikon (Switzerland). He then worked 3 years at Arthur D. Little, a consultancy.
In 1999, he co-founded K-Mobile, a leading provider of content for mobile phones, which launched its B2C brand Kiwee throughout Europe. K-Mobile was acquired by AG Interactive in 2004.
End of 2005, Jean co-founded NAVX, a community platform of geolocalized content, providing real-time information, content and services for GPS. Jean is a serial entrepreneur with outstanding expertise in Marketing and Business Development
