Jay is currently working in the Kleiner Perkins Incubator as co-founder of a pre-launch startup in Melo Park, CA.

Previously, Jay has served as Chief Product Officer for Sharethrough & Quova, Inc., GM of Lead Generation for Yahoo!, GM of Performance Marketing and CTO of Blue Lithium, VP of Engineering for Adteractive, Inc., as well as President and CTO for Fathom Online, a Search Engine Marketing firm.

Jay holds a bachelor’s degree from U.C. Santa Cruz in Biology.
