Jay has over 15 years in the advertising and media sales industry. Most recently as Western Regional Sales Director for MSN, Jay was responsible for driving sales of the division’s advertising and marketing services and leading the broad Western sales force. Jay joined Microsoft in 1997 as one the first media sales executives for the company. Since joining, he has held a number of positions within in the organization including driving the development of the vertical sales approach by starting the MSN Financial Services sales group. Jay has also been a frequent evangelist for the medium and has worked closely with Microsoft product groups and channels to develop consumer features and partner programs.
