Prior to Ooyala Fulcher was CEO & President of Agile Software, a publicly traded enterprise software company which was acquired by Oracle in 2007.
Previously Fulcher led the transformation of PeopleSoft’s global services organization, taking this business unit from annual revenues of $100+M to well over $1B.
Fulcher is an active board member and advisor to several companies as well as venture capital and private equity firms. He has worked on a number of business initiatives in the areas of information technology, enterprise business applications, climate change and clean energy, education, sports media, and life sciences.
