Jay Fulcher became CEO of Ooyala in August 2009.

Prior to Ooyala Fulcher was CEO & President of Agile Software, a publicly traded enterprise software company which was acquired by Oracle in 2007. During his tenure, Agile became the fastest growing PLM company in the industry, establishing itself as a market leader with over 11,000 customers and a tremendous reputation for customer success.

Previously Fulcher led the transformation of PeopleSoft’s global services organization, moving the company from tactical implementations of software to full-service enterprise solutions, a shift that was the leading driver of the organization’s explosive growth, taking this business unit from annual revenues of $250+M to well over $1B.

Recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s ‘Top 25 Most Influential Consultants,’ Fulcher is currently an active board member and advisor to several companies as well as venture capital and private equity firms. He is currently working on a number of business initiatives in the areas of information technology, enterprise business applications, climate change and clean energy, education, sports media, life sciences and personal development.
