Jason Lemkin is a Managing Director at Storm Ventures. Storm Ventures is a $500m early-stage enterprise focused VC fund, which has led investments in Marketo, MobileIron, EchoSign, Appcelerator, Guidespark, Pipedrive, and other enterprise leaders.
Before Storm, he served as Vice President, Web Business Services at Adobe Systems after its acquisition of EchoSign in July 2011, growing the business to over $100m in ARR in ‘13. From inception in 2005 to acquisition in 2011, he served as CEO and co-founder of EchoSign.
Previously, he also co-founded NanoGram Devices, acquired for $50m after 13 months by public co. Greatbatch.
He also previously served as Vice President, Corporate Development at NeoPhotonics Corporation; and as Senior Director of Corporate Development at BabyCenter.com, the leading internet company in its category and now a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.
He holds a B.A., Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University; a J.D., Order of the Coif, from U.C. Berkeley; and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Executive Management Program.
