Jason Alan Snyder is a technologist, futurist, marketer and business strategist.
Jason is the inventor of JAGTAG the only mobile 2D barcode solution that does not require the consumer to download an application prior to use and the only mobile medium that can successfully deliver optimized multimedia to both standard phones and smart phones. Anywhere a mobile consumer encounters a JAGTAG, they can use their phone to request and receive multimedia content (video, audio, pictures, text) sent immediately to their phone.
Jason is the named inventor on more than 15 patents for new technology products related to social networking and information serving.
Jason has been a Technologist leading the creative development of digital products, applications and services for nearly two decades. Jason has worked as both a technologist and creative director; and has held the position as head of Product Design at AOL and Yahoo! Music. His other work has included product development for companies and brands including AstraZeneca, CHASE, Coca-Cola, DELL, Dun & Bradstreet, Google, HBO, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, NOKIA, Procter & Gamble, TiVO, and Unilever among others.
Throughout his career Jason has been responsible for a variety of matters in technology development including creative direction, information design, visual design, content development, interactivity modeling, audience and user testing, and technology strategy across a multitude of life forms and platforms.
His responsibilities have included ensuring detailed exposure and assessment of interactive audience experiences within the world’s leading media, financial, pharmaceutical and commercial technology companies. Jason’s specialist knowledge in developing mass market consumer software products, applications and mobile technologies, combined with hands-on experience building Human Computer Interaction (HCI) models has lead to him being invited to design, author and present a comprehensive amount of materials on a wide range of technology and futurist subjects.
Jason is certified by the U.S. National Security Agency by their Information Security Assurance Training and Rating Program (ISATRP) for both Information Security Assessment Methodology (ISAM) and Information Security Red Team Methodology (ISRM). He also holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
