Jarlath O’Carrol is the Vice President of Products for Billeo. Mr. O’Carroll has 17 years experience in the Technology space. A substantial amount of his career was spent building cutting-edge products for the financial services sector, such as: Wells Fargo online banking, Charles Schwab UK electronic brokerage and Fortis online warranty program. Most recently Mr. O’Carroll worked for Deloitte Consulting - CIO Services, where he formulated IT strategies and managed the largest IT-lead change initiatives in the UK for clients including the Department of Work & Pensions, British Telecom, Department of Health and Transport for London. O’Carroll is a veteran of several Silicon Valley startups where he held Founder and Director of Engineering positions.
O’Carroll has a M.S. in Management from the Sloan Fellowship program, London Business School; and completed undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.
