Jane Allen is founder and CEO of SmartWork Network, an executive search and career management firm based in South Carolina. After graduating with a B.S. in Communication Arts and Psychology from The State University of New York, Allen developed an executive selection process which she terms the “science of selection.” Based on her over 30 years of experience with executive management, Allen has developed a selection process which focuses on objectivity to assist clients in making intuitive decisions.
