Jan Mattsson, PhD, has 19 years of experience in the drug industry. He has extensive experience in molecular pharmacology as well as a broad, in depth knowledge of the gastrointestinal (GI) area. In the past he has been responsible for drug discovery and early development activities in various GI disease areas and also in osteoporosis. He has a track record of success including the delivery of a number of lead optimisation projects candidate drugs spanning several indications.
