As VP HR, Jane is responsible for all aspects of NewBay relating to People and Corporate Operations worldwide. This includes organization development, recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits, as well as other aspects of human capital management. In addition, Jane manages all internal corporate initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness. As a member of the senior management team she is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of the company’s strategic plan. Prior to joining NewBay, Jane held a number of executive management positions in the United States supporting software and service companies experiencing rapid growth and change. These companies included Emptoris, Inc., a supply and contract management provider and NetCracker Technology, a provider of OSS solutions to the carrier space. Residing in Dublin, Jane graduated from University of Leicester with a BA in Management.
