James Wong is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of three successful companies. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Avidian Technologies, the world leader in Outlook-based CRM software. Under his leadership, Avidian won the Seattle Mayor’s Small Business Award; was honored in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by Washington CEO magazine as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in Washington state; and was named by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2006 and 2007 as one of Washington’s 100 Fastest Growing companies.

Personally, James has been honored by being included on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list and by being awarded the NW Asian Weekly’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Prior to Avidian, James was the co-founder and president of Foci Technologies, which was acquired by Meritage Technologies in 2001. Prior to Foci, James held various positions with Arthur Andersen in New York and the Chevron Corporation in San Francisco.

James is a sought after speaker, writer and leading expert on CRM, SFA, contact management and groupware applications. He has been featured in PC World, PC Magazine, Entrepreneur, CRM Magazine and dozens of other publications. He was also one of the early certified Microsoft Exchange engineers and has been building business solutions on Outlook and Exchange ever since the products were introduced in 1996.

James is the President Elect of the Seattle Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, the largest entrepreneurial association in the world. He is also an enthusiastic Rotarian and board member of the Rotary Club of Seattle, the world’s largest and fourth oldest Rotary Club.
