Mr. Reilly serves as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and joined the Company in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Pegasystems from 2000, holding the position of Vice President, Finance, Treasurer & Chief Accounting Officer when he left in 2007. Previously, Mr. Reilly was Corporate Controller at GSI Lumonics. Earlier, he held corporate budget, finance, and plant controller management positions with Digital Equipment. Mr. Reilly received an MBA from Dartmouth College and a BS from Purdue University.
