James Lindenbaum is a tech entrepreneur and founder of Heroku, an advanced platform for application development and deployment.

James is a hacker and entrepreneur with a background in agile development, user experience design, and cloud technology. He is one of the founders of Heroku and currently serves as its Chief Strategy Officer, following its acquisition by salesforce.com in 2010. James is known as an “OCD perfectionist”, and is chiefly responsible for the look and feel of Heroku’s brand and products. He speaks regularly about cloud technology, entrepreneurship, and design, and is an advisor to many startups
