Jim Ramp is a Managing Director at SIG and heads the company’s Investment Banking Division. He has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets. Before joining SIG in 2001, he had served as a Vice President at Rothschild, Inc., Executive Vice President at Gerard Klauer Mattison, an investment banking boutique, and Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at SG Cowen and Company. Jim holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and is a graduate of the SIA’s Wharton Institute.
