James Borow is the Co-Founder and CEO of GraphEffect, which specializes in optimizing social advertising for leading agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding GraphEffect, James co-founded Entitled Labs, whose portfolio includes GirlsGuideTo, where he currently serves on the board of directors. Previously, James served as Director of Business Development for Top Level Domain Holdings, where he managed social media efforts for Al Gore’s Dot Eco, and former Mayor Ed Koch’s Dot NYC.
