After founding one of the original multi-channel ecommerce platforms (Infopia), he went on to direct research and strategy at MECLABS (Marketing Sherpa, Marketing Experiments) and was instrumental in implementing Web 2.0 strategies for the NY Times, Reuters and TheStreet.com.
He currently is CEO of Yovia, one of the first Social Media Optimization research firms, where he invented the Yovia Social Media Index, which predicts organic growth online.
