Itai founded and successfully exited two venture-backed startup companies before WEBook. Comfy was the worldwide pioneer of interactive toys connected to personal computers. Following the successful IPO of Comfy, Itai launched the Neat Group, the first technology company to facilitate rules-based dynamic packaging in the travel industry. Neat Group was sold to Cendant in 2003 and then to Travel Port.
