Iain McConnon has launched multiple start ups across several verticals over the last 12 years. An entrepreneur from Ireland, he has been involved in mobile telecoms throughout his career. Iain is a co-founder of Global Billing Solutions, a direct to consumer mobile content and applications business, now with offices in Dublin, Sydney, Johannesburg and operates into 30+ countries . Iain was also a founder in 2006 of Moviestar.ie. an online and digital movie provider, which he sold in 2009 to Screenclick (part of Lovefilm international). In 2011 Iain co-established boxPAY, a mobile payments company, now connected to over 200 mobile carriers in 60+ countries. boxPAY allows payments through multiple platforms including web, Android, Blackberry, Windows and Smart TVs.
