Hugo Angel is an Electronics Engineer from UPB.edu.co (1976) Born in Cartagena, Colombia (1954). Single, two children, Laura (1995) and Alejandro (1997).

Currently involved getting the most of current technology for improving poor children education in Medelin, Colombia.
