Hugh Hall is Scottish Enterprise’s Chief Financial Officer. Hugh has responsibility for all of Scottish Enterprise’s finances and for ensuring that strategic financial management and value for money are at the heart of the business and its decision-making processes.
Hugh and his team work closely with the Scottish Government and other key stakeholders to ensure that public funding is invested to best effect to meet Scottish Enterprise’s business objectives.
Hugh has lead responsibility for the following corporate functions:
* Finance,
* Innovative Funding,
* Investments,
* Audit,
* Legal Services,
* Procurement,
* Information Services (IS), and
* Corporate Services such as health and safety and facilities management.
