Howard Caro is General Counsel at Founders Fund. He is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of fund formation, administration, and portfolio company relationships. Howard previously represented Founders Fund, its partners, and several portfolio companies for many years as outside counsel.
Prior to joining Founders Fund, Howard was a Partner at Hogan Lovells, an international law firm, where his practice included representing venture funds, investment advisory firms and other financial services institutions, as well as providing corporate governance advice and representing clients in connection with securities litigation and Securities and Exchange Committee investigations and reviews. Howard graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science, and from the Columbia University School of Law.
