Hooman is an entrepreneur and investor. He is a partner at Expa, founder of 10e9, and founder of AddThis (acquired by Oracle).
At Expa, he collaborates with the founders of Uber, Foursquare and more to create and launch category-defining businesses. At 10e9, Hooman works with companies like Convoy, Hinge, Hyperloop, Sweetgreen, Uber, and and other start-ups as an investor and adviser. Prior to founding 10e9, he co-founded, served as CEO and later chairman of AddThis. AddThis was acquired by Oracle in 2016 and is the world's largest personalization platform for websites per Comscore. The platform is used by a network of 15 million web publishers, reaching 2B users worldwide, to increase traffic and engagement.
Named one of Tech's Best Entrepreneurs in BusinessWeek and one of iMedia's 25 most influential online marketing professionals, Hooman has been featured by NBC, ABC, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and more. He is a contributor to Huffington Post and iMedia. Hooman is involved in philanthropic work and supports a number of organizations such as Charity: Water and Pencils of Promise.
