Hitesh Sindhwani is the Senior Vice President at Kotak Securities, India’s leading stock brokerage firm from the Kotak Mahindra Group. Kotak Securities is an industry leader in Retail Broking (Equities and other financial products) and Depository Services business.
He joined the Kotak family in January 2008 as the Vice President and Head of Customer Service at Kotak Securities. He has a total work experience of more than 16 years in several reputed organizations.
He began his career in July 1995 as a management trainee with hospitality industry. On his path to Kotak Securities, he worked at Wipro Technologies, Wipro BPO, IBM Daksh and a few years with the hospitality industry. Through his 16 years of career across different industries, Hitesh has performed customer facing roles and represented his organization as the face of service. Today Hitesh manages Customer Service and Third Party Distribution desks at Kotak Securities. Prior to joining Kotak Securities, he was the Associate Vice President-Business Transition at Wipro Technologies. Hitesh Sindhwani has acquired educational degrees in business administration and management from University of Melbourne –Melbourne Business School. He has excelled in the field of Hotel Management from IHMCT and NCHM. His specialties in other fields include Customer Experience Management, Relationship Management, Process Re-Engineering, Service Delivery Operations, People and Program Management.
