Hernán Kazah is the CFO at MercadoLibre.. From its founding in 1999 to March of 2009, Hernan served as the COO of the company, leading the expansion and consolidation of the company in Latin America.
He was an active participant in leading the 2 private funding rounds as well as the company’s IPO in August 2007.
Before beginning at MercadoLibre, Hernan worked at Procter and Gamble in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay from 1994 to 1997, as well as at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Hernan received his MBA from Stanford Universty, and received his bachelors in economics at University of Buenos Aires.
