In 2008, Henning Kosmack co-founded MegaZebra, which brings Social Games to Europe.
Before being the CEO of MegaZebra, Henning Kosmack was responsible for M&A, Venturing and Partnering at Siemens’ Mobile Networks division, and as such involved in the merger with Nokia Networks, which created a leader in the communication industry. During his tenure at Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks, Henning drove many deals ranging from start-up investments and acquisitions to divestments/spin-offs.
His background was as an entrepreneur in the Private Equity space and a Venture Capitalist for the TMT sector.
