Heidi has over 15 years experience in health and publishing industries, working internationally in England and Australia. She develops and shows how to implement digital strategies, and her experience through working with organizations such as Elsevier and CSIRO Publishing has given her a strong insight into the challenges facing companies needing to develop an online presence.

Heidi helps run the digital strategy for HealthEngine as well as BodyInMind a clinical research site. She presents regularly on social media marketing and strategy for corporate clients and comments through her strategy blog.
