He Xiaopeng is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of UCWeb Inc. and is in charge of the overall product design and R&D of the company. He has extensive working experience in foreign owned enterprises and as an entrepreneur.

He and Liang Jie jointly founded UCWeb in 2004. Under their leadership, UCWeb’s product and technology has
