Harry Lin is a former the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Idealab, the tech incubator in Pasadena, California.
Before that, Harry was CEO & President of Taaz, Inc., a technology startup in La Jolla, California. TAAZ is the brand name of the virtual makeover solution owned by Taaz, Inc., the world leader in virtual makeover technology.
Prior to TAAZ, Harry was CEO of Lottay Inc., an Internet startup in Ventura, California. Lottay is an e-card service built on top of PayPal APIs.
Before Lottay, Harry was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Brighthouse, an incubator in Santa Monica, California.
Harry also has served as SVP-GM of Evite when it was owned by IAC. He has been VP of ABC.com at The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California.
Before ABC.com, within The Walt Disney Internet Group, Harry led production, design and business development teams for Movies.com, MrShowbiz.com, and WallofSound.com.
Harry joined Disney via its acquisition of Infoseek.com in 1999.
Harry’s pre-Internet life: news anchor & reporter at KQED-FM, a National Public Radio station in San Francisco.
Harry holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Cornell University.
A native of the Midwest, Harry resides in the Los Angeles area where he currently advises several tech startups.
