Harris Barton is an angel investor and founder of H. Barton Asset Management.
Harris is an active investor in technology companies including Cloudera, Pure Storage, PracticeFusion, Kabbage, Milo, Nebula and M.Dot.
He was previously a managing director at Capital Dynamics, and a founder and Managing Partner at HRJ Capital.
In his first life, Harris was an offensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers. During his ten-year pro career (1987-1996), Barton played 138 career NFL games, including 89 consecutive games. Harris was induced into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2009.
Along with former 49er teammate Ronnie Lott, Harris founded Champion Charities, a 501c3 that raises money for cancer research at the University of San Francisco.
