Hans currently serves as Oculus' COO since May 2016.
Hans served as Fitbit's COO since February 2011. Previously, he served as COO of Skyline Solar, as VP of Operations at Element Labs (a manufacturer of LED technology), VP of Operations and Hardware Engineering at Element Labs, VP and General Manager of Barco Video Lighting Solutions, Senior VP of Operations at Dash Navigation (a provider of automotive GPS solutions), VP of Operations at Wave7 Optics (an optical networks company), VP of Operations at Force10 Networks, VP of Operations at ConvergeNet Technologies (a data storage company), and VP of Manufacturing Operations at JetFax (an internet fax services company). Prior to JetFax, Hans spent 15 years in various quality, operations and marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
