Hagi Schwartz is a Founder and Managing Director of Magnolia Capital. He has held several executive positions at leading technology companies including service as the CFO of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP) and Mercury Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: MERQE) at the time of their respective initial public offerings. In addition, he previously served as the CFO for Atrica Inc. and HyperRoll Inc. Hagi is on the board of directors of Rackable Systems (Nasdaq: SGI) and on the advisory board of several technology companies.
