Guy is Managing Director at STS Capital Partners and Founding Principal of The Cabinet.
Guy has spent a large part of his career working with family controlled organizations, including the Chagnon family of Montreal (Groupe Videotron – www.videotron.com). Guy has also assumed several international executive and advisory roles in California’s Silicon Valley and in The Bahamas. In the first half of this decade, Guy was a senior executive at Canada’s Business Development Bank (BDC – www.bdc.ca).
In 2005, Guy founded his own international advisory firm, THE CABINET, a strategic planning and corporate affairs advisory firm based in Montreal.
Guy is perfectly bi-cultural (English and French) and although he was initially trained as a lawyer and was in private practice for a few years in the early eighties with a major law firm, he quickly moved on to become a business executive, managing and dealing with countless highly complex, often international corporate and transactional matters.
In 1997, Guy was selected as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Canadian business community.
