Gustavo Monteiro

I have more than 7 years of experience in information security doctrines and practices, with a deep knowledge of secure network such new and potential network threats, as well as secure running, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and maintenance of networks. I am also very capable programmer mostly in script languages (BASH, Python, etc.).

I am also invited guest professor for the Network Security Post-Graduation program at Faculdade Santa Maria (2008/2009).

As entrepreneur, I am the founding partner and currently CEO of Runtime Technologies. Runtime is an early stage startup at CAIS, Porto Digital (http://www.portodigital.org). The CAIS do Porto has the purpose to solve problems from local clusters through incubation of innovative products and services.

Our project, Opará, delivers new levels of control to the agricultural manufacturing process. The project purpose is both comprehensive management and traceability of the entire agricultural manufacturing process.
