Greg has been working in corporate finance for 12 years, during the last 9 of which he has been based in Central Europe. He has lead his own corporate finance boutique specializing in mid market transactions and previously was employed as Director of Deloitte & Touche Central Europe. In this time he has advised on many complex and high-profile assignments such as advising on the sale of the largest insurance company in Slovakia, advising on the sale of the national fixed line telecom provider of Montenegro and advising the largest shareholders of the two largest breweries in Slovenia on their strategic options during a hostile and contested takeover bid. Greg is a law graduate, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a Member of the Corporate Finance Faculty.
