Gregory R. Blatt is the Chief Executive Officer of IAC.
Appointed to the position in December 2010, Mr. Blatt is responsible for the strategic leadership of IAC and its operating businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Blatt served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC’s Match segment, where he was responsible for overseeing Match.com, Chemistry.com, People Media, Singlesnet as well as Match’s international investments.
From 2003 until early 2009, Mr. Blatt served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IAC and a member of the Office of the Chairman. In this capacity, he was responsible for the legal, human resources and communications functions of IAC.
Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Blatt served as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Blatt oversaw the company’s legal and transactional activities.
Mr. Blatt has also been an associate at Grubman Indursky & Schindler and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, two New York law firms. He has a B.A. from Colgate University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
