Graham “Gray†Chynoweth, General Counsel, develops and helps implement Dyn Inc.’s response to the corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and international law issues surrounding the company. In addition, Gray assists the company with certain strategic development and outreach initiatives. He has a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy from Duke University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.Â
