Gordon was born in Harare, Zimbabwe where he grew up and was schooled before moving to the UK in 2002. From an early age he was interested in businesses and looking for opportunities.
He invested in his first company at age 22 in a manufacturing business in Zimbabwe with a childhood friend. He started his first company at 25 in the recruitment industry. Gordon later sold his stake in the business 3 years later to found the Jobs in Network. Focusing on delivering online recruitment solutions with job boards dedicated to local towns and counties in the UK.
Gordon was also selected as 1 of only 25 young entrepreneurs to take part in the New Entrepreneurs Foundation. A programme dedicated to creating a new generation of outstanding entrepreneurs.
