L. Gordon Crovitz has served as a member of the board of directors since August 2012. From 1980-2007 Crovitz held a number of positions with Dow Jones and the Wall Street Journal culminating in his role as Executive Vice President for Dow Jones and Publisher of The Wall Street Journal. He was co-founder of e-commerce software company Press+ in 2009.

Crovitz serves on the Board of Directors at Minneapolis Star Tribune, Business Insider, Blurb, Dunn & Bradstreet and Marin Software. He is on the board of the American Association of Rhodes Scholars. Crovitz’s management roles in the publishing industry and extensive experience as a director enables him to provide the Company with valuable guidance.
