Chief Operating Officer and Founder Gordana Pance is a co-founder of Exalt and serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and board member. A seasoned executive with extensive operations background, Ms. Pance has over 18 years of experience in the wireless networking industry. Prior to Exalt, Ms. Pance held various management roles at Western Multiplex, Glenayre and Proxim, most recently as senior vice president of engineering and product management, leading multiple teams responsible for all products including point-to-point radios, point–to-multipoint, wireless LAN, and WiMAX. Ms. Pance was a key driver behind the development and introduction of multiple generations of highly successful and best-in-class wireless backhaul products. Ms. Pance holds BS, MS and PhD degrees, all in electrical engineering, from the University of Rochester, New York.
