A former quant for Goldman Sachs, Gleb worked alongside Peter Thiel on a number of ventures, including Palantir, where he helped grow their finance division, and Clarium, where he managed a global macro portfolio. At MIT he studied computer science and finance. Gleb co-founded Authy Inc., a cloud security firm, and lead the company as its Chief Executive Officer through technology and product development, angel round of funding, and customer acquisition. Gleb was also a Founding Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at an early stage venture capital fund in Silicon Valley, where he led fund formation, negotiated the Limited Partnership Agreement with investors, as well as supervised legal, audit, and accounting relationships. Gleb’s latest venture is Aragorn Technologies, where he serves as a founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Gleb holds a BS in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, and Law, with a minor in Sociology from Moscow State University (2000), an MS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2003), and an FTO degree (now called Master of Finance) from the MIT Sloan School of Management (2005). He was a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at MIT when he joined the financial services industry in 2005. Gleb is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Energy Risk Professional (ERP).
