Gil Shulman

Gil Shulman is a passionate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of ProductStructu.re, an exciting cloud computing company.

Prior to ProductStructu.re, Gil led tech-industry deals at China Renaissance, a Beijing-based Investment Bank that advises both Chinese and foreign firms. Gil also worked at Piper Jaffray in San Francisco, a position he took after completing his MBA at the Wharton School.

Prior to his MBA, Gil co-founded Amobee, the world’s first mobile online advertising platform, which sold to Singapore Telecommunications for $321M.

Gil gained several years of computer programming experience at Ness Technologies before serving as a Product Manager at Hotbar.com, an online advertising firm. During his time at Hotbar, Gil was responsible for developing the company’s core products and optimizing advertising revenue.
